One activation list from every source you already have

Target lists live in the CRM, attendee lists arrive as spreadsheets, and nominations come by email, so nobody can say who the event is actually for. With Onomi, purchased lists, speaker lists, KOL databases, CRM targets, and field nominations deduplicate into one list your teams can act on.

Runs at congresses, webinars, advisory boards, and everyday meetings today.

Why the audience is never one list

Five lists, no single answer

The CRM has targets, the congress sold an attendee list, medical keeps a KOL file, and the agency has its own spreadsheet. The same HCP appears on four of them, spelled three ways.

Nominations arrive by email

Reps and affiliates know exactly who should be invited, and that knowledge lands in inboxes and hallway conversations. Duplicates surface at the venue, not at submission.

The target list never meets the attendee list

The people you planned to engage and the people actually registered live in different files. Whether priority targets are even attending gets discovered on day one, at the booth.

How it works

One list from many sources

Purchased congress attendee lists, crawled speaker lists, KOL databases including Veeva Link as an input, CRM target lists, rep and affiliate nominations, and R&D site lists all feed the same event. Records deduplicate into one activation list, so the question changes from which file is right to who is on the list.

Nomination without the inbox

A cross-functional nomination form gives reps, affiliates, medical, and agencies one place to propose invitees. Duplicates are visible at the moment of submission, conflicts are handled in the workflow rather than at the venue, and approval steps keep the final list a decision, not an accident.

The target list meets the attendee list before day one

At a congress, your target list is matched against the congress attendee list before the event starts, so field teams plan around who is confirmed in the building. Webinar invitations run dual paths with UTM channel tracking to show which mix fills the room, and advisor lists upload with contracting already done upstream.

Prioritization beyond tier one, two, three

Scoring can carry more than a static tier: advocacy trajectory, competitive position, and trial readiness travel with the record. And when the HCP will not self-register, register-on-behalf-of lets a rep, affiliate, or agency build the audience for them, landing on the HCP's own identity.

Where this stops

Not a KOL database

Onomi does not sell HCP data. It runs on whatever database you license, including Veeva Link, and on your own CRM targets, and consolidates them per event.

Your CRM stays the target-list system of record

Target lists are consumed as inputs, matched and enriched for the event, and results written back. The master list never forks into a second system.

Advisor contracting stays upstream

For advisory boards, advisors arrive on the list already contracted through your own legal process. Onomi handles the engagement, not the contract.

"Our target lists already live in the CRM."

Good, that is the input. Onomi consumes CRM target lists as one source among several, matches them against attendee lists and nominations, and writes engagement outcomes back to the same records. The list stays yours; the consolidation and matching are what you gain.

Frequently asked questions

How are duplicates across sources resolved?

Records from every source are matched into one identity per HCP for the event, with lookups against your CRM and licensed data sources. Records that cannot be confidently matched are quarantined for review rather than silently merged or dropped.

Who can nominate invitees?

Anyone you give the form to: reps, affiliates, medical teams, and agencies. Each nomination shows duplicates at submission, carries the nominator on the record, and can require approval before the invitee lands on the activation list.

Can someone register an HCP who will not self-register?

Yes. Register-on-behalf-of lets a rep, affiliate, or agency complete registration for the HCP, and the registration lands on the HCP's own resolved identity, not on the submitter's.

What happens to the list after the event?

The activation list is an event input, not a parallel database. Attendance and engagement outcomes write back to your CRM records, and the consolidated list can be exported or retired with the event.

Bring one congress target list and watch it matched

Send nothing in advance. In the demo we consolidate sample sources into one activation list and match it against a congress attendee list, the way your team would before day one.
