The countdown has started
We want to answer the question most medical teams are sitting with right now: where does AI actually fit in our work, and where do we start? Philip Vyt and Pierre Metrailler have spent the past year working with medical teams on solving this exact question.
The entry point that keeps working, regardless of company size or CRM maturity, is congress. One congress, instrumented properly, generates 40+ structured data points. And with Copilot, which most medical teams already have, those data points can be turned into personalized MSL follow-up in hours, not weeks.
In this 30-minute session, Philip and Pierre walk through what that actually looks like in practice. You’ll see the gap most medical teams are sitting in right now, why congress is the highest-leverage place to close it, and how to build a working follow-up agent in Copilot from scratch.
Bonus: A live preview of our Medical Affairs AI lab running in Zürich on Sept. 9, where local medical affairs leaders will build this together in person.

Founder
Shyft
Philip Vyt is the founder of Shyft and has spent 12 years helping pharma and biotech teams close the gap between omnichannel strategy and what actually gets executed in the field.
He works with global and local medical and commercial teams across oncology, neurology, rheumatology, and rare disease, and has trained more than 1,500 colleagues in omnichannel execution. He has worked with Abbvie, Takeda, GSK, MSD, Galapagos, among other large pharma companies.
CEO
Pierre has spent over two decades helping enterprises engage their live audiences. After joining SpotMe in 2001, he led its pivot to SaaS in 2011, and as CEO since 2016 has built the company around making every face-to-face interaction count where it matters most: inside the CRM.
That conviction led him to launch Onomi, a customer engagement platform for life sciences. Pierre is a computer scientist by trade and holds degrees from EPFL and INSEAD.
