What is a workspace?

This term is used to refer to projects that are created and managed in the Onomi CMS.

A workspace can be seen as a virtual representation of a real-life happening, and contains all the relevant information and configuration that will in turn be used in the app.

What is air time?

Air time is the total number of streaming hours that you have spent broadcasting to viewers. Time that you have spent testing and preparing your live stream does not count towards this limit.

What's included in live stream moderation?

When using Onomi’s built-in Q&A and Polling, we also offer the service to help you moderate and coordinate questions and polls with your live stream, so that you and your speakers can focus on delivering their talks.

What's included in live stream production?

With live stream production you get our team to help you design the live stream look&feel, prepare pre-recorded audio and video for live playback, plan interactive elements of your stream and coordinate transitions between speakers.

What is the speaker lounge?

Before going live, our team individually checks in with each speaker to make sure they are ready to go live. Relaxed and prepared speakers are the key to a successful live stream.

Where is the data hosted?

We offer you the choice of hosting the data in five different geographical regions: Switzerland, Germany, US, Singapore and Australia.
