Throughout her career, Susana has worked across a wide range of commercial capabilities, driving governance, coordination, and efficiency at local, regional, and global scale. She has held leadership positions at AstraZeneca, Allergan, ViiV Healthcare, and Grünenthal, where she built a strong track record of implementing marketing and launch excellence strategies designed to deliver next-generation customer experiences.
